Preferred Employer Policy

Spring Property Management offers a Preferred Employer incentive to all prospects who are able to prove their current employment with any of the following businesses:


· The State of Ohio

· The City of Columbus

· Delaware or Franklin County

· Teachers/Administrators for elementary/middle/high schools and colleges/universities that are recognized by the State of Ohio.

· Police Officers/Fire Fighters/EMT (including the Sheriffs & State Police)

· Military Personnel/Veterans

· Doctors, Pharmacists, Registered Nurses, Dentists, Optometrists

· The Ohio State University & Wexner Medical Center

· JP Morgan Chase & Huntington Bank

· LBrands

· Amazon

· The Columbus Zoo

· AEP & Columbia Gas

· USPS, UPS, & Fed Ex

· Hollywood Casino Columbus

· Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Time Warner Cable/Spectrum/Charter

· OhioHealth, Mount Carmel, and Cardinal Health

· Honda (Marysville factory)

· Nationwide Insurance

*The paystubs must reflect the named preferred employer. Subcontractors who work for a contracting agency and are currently placed with a preferred employer are not eligible.


Incentive – Any prospect employed with the above companies will be eligible for the following:

· $150.00 off of the first month’s rent.


*Only one credit will be issued per apartment, regardless of how many applicants work for verified preferred employers.
