Yes! All of our communities have 24 hour emergency maintenance! A maintenance emergency includes but is not limited to no heat, no electricity, no water, broken pipes, non-working appliances, fire damage, flooding, non-flushing toilet, and being locked out of your home during non-office hours. If any of these occur during non-office hours, please call our Emergency Maintenance Hotline at 614-935-5337. More information about our emergency maintenance policies can be found here.
Yes! First and foremost, while both Emerald Lakes and The Vistas at Wedgewood are classified as condominiums, they are treated as investment apartments. These are NOT recommended for owner occupancy. There is not a flat, standard monthly HOA or condo fee. There is a monthly amenity fee that fluctuates based on the common area charges/services for that month. There are also periodic assessments for common area capital improvement projects such as paving, siding, roofs, swimming pools, etc. We strongly encourage that these units be purchased only for investment purposes and used as rental apartments.
